Please help with Flex MLS

Hi! Does anyone know the best way to run comps on a property on FlexMLS on an IOS device? As of now, I am just drawing on the map around the subject property. But I have to try to remember where on the map the subject property is because it won't bring up other comps if I type the address in the search. Also, how do you search for multiple keywords on one search? Your help would be greatly appreciated! I'm in South Carolina and using the Charleston MLS. Thanks!

Yeah that app is limited on some things. On a side note CTAR has some great MLS classes for advance stuff and it is free! Just look on the education calendar. Hope that helps.
