Hello,

I am a real estate agent in Seattle Washington and a part-time real estate investor. I recently started working with Do Hard Money.  Just curious if anyone out there has successfully closed a deal with this company. If so can you offer some advice on getting this done, or how your deal went.  I have lost lots of money and had to pass up on some screaming deals. Thanks in advance.

i've heard some bad things too.  like requiring you to do some sort of education for $3,000 before they will "lend," which they end up never doing.
