FICO Property Report

I thought this would be interesting to everyone and I'm curious if others have stumbled across it.  I was checking my FICO scores a few minutes ago and I saw that FICO is now providing property reports for purchase.  Does anyone have any experience with these?  Is the information any more or less credible than the big RE websites like Zillow, Truilia, or Redfin?  Do the reports match the accuracy that an agent could obtain?  I'm sure, now that this is a thing other users will also find your experience with these useful, so please post if you have any experience with them, thanks!

I think the report is junk as it provided no additional value that is already available for free.  I decided to be a guinea pig and buy the report for $5 on my sfr rental. The 2 sales comps it listed a 4/2 sold in 12/2015 and then a 3/2 sold in 4/2015.  It missed my neighbors house that sold last summer that I a 3/1 and same square footage as my rental is 2/1.  Most the info came from the county accessory website that is already free.
