Podio, Podio, where art thou, Oh Podio?

Question

So here I am, doing my thing networking a little, screening voicemails and making calls...when it hits me...where is the relief?? GOOD GRIEF. I'm doing exactly what all of those business and investing books tell us NOT to do...

Im working in my business and not so much ON it. Ergo, Podio.

Now here I am today, right now, finding ways to automate and outsource etc...and I stumble across the all too well known and coveted PODIO. YES! I exclaim...this is what I need! THIS is it...

And it is. BUT, here is the thing, I have no freaking clue how to setup the apps on this thing to run for wholesaling and im not too keen on just using the ones that are there because they're good, BUT as we all know, good is the enemy of great.

Which leads me to the reason I'm posting this now, I'd like to start a discussion on customizing podio and maybe get a few of our fellow investors/genuises to possibly share their apps for Podio and/or some tips they have for all things automation that are useable with Podio...

The best and potentially most overwhelming attribute about Podio is that it is an "Open Box". It can be built and molded into exactly what you need. No two Podio setups will be the same.

Note that real estate investors can get started with Podio for $33/month (1 Podio "Premium" user license for $24/month) and then a Globiflow account for $9/month).  I've found that once things are fully built out, most businesses end up with the $120/month plan (purchased from Podio) to get unlimited Globiflow access.  And if you pay for an annual Podio contract the cost is actually $96/month.

I have been using podio for a two years.  It can be as simple or as complex as you want it to be.  When I started, I purchased a course from Joe McCall that was helpful.

I think the real power begins when you integrate podio with Globiflow.

Account Closed,  I have played around with Podio quite a bit.  The biggest thing you need to decide is "What do you need it to do for you?"  What does your process look like.  Once you have a flow chart of what data inputs you have and how you want those to flow through different steps in the process, creating a system in Podio should be relatively straight forward.  I would be happy to discuss in more detail if you like.
