App for estimating rehab costs

Anyone have a suggestion for a good ipad app to use on site for a rehab estimator on a potential rehab?

So we use an app called "joist" You will have to input numbers on it but it makes walking houses super fast. I can help or share the numbers we have on ours if you would like.
