Best Commercial Real Estate Software?

Question

I am taking over my family's real estate portfolio and am looking for a RE software solution for accounting and property management needs. We have mostly commercial retail tenants, 25 tenants across 3 properties total right now, and we are looking to expand our portfolio going forward. I am evaluating Yardi, Rent Manager, and AppFolio and wanted input/advice from folks on which software they think is best? Any tips would be GREATLY appreciated as I am trying to make a decision as quickly as possible. Thanks!

@Kenneth Reimer thanks this is helpful! Were you managing residential properties or commercial when you used AppFolio? 100 units over 2 properties leads me to believe resi but just curious!

@Natasha Lal Hi Natasha, I haven't used all 3 of the softwares that you're evaluating, but I have used AppFolio. I used it in property management for the financials of about 100 units over 2 properties and I thought it was very efficient. There was of course a learning curve, but I never found that I wasn't able to do something I wanted to. It made the accounting and management seamless. I would recommend it. Also, by the nature of the cost, you might be hard pressed to find someone who has used all three? Just a thought to consider.
