Brrr Calculator Enhancement Idea...

Disclaimer:  I'm new to BiggerPockets and property investing (i.e., a nubie!)

I'm really getting a lot out of the BP BRRRR calculator. After using it many times in the last 24 hours it occurred to me that the following enhancement would be cool: financing options for the rehab effort. This would likely turn out to be a private / creative funding mechanism.

Does this enhancement resonate with others out there?
