Curious about REI pro

Who has used REI pro? Is it worth the cost? I'm trying to decide if it's worth it or not.

Hi, I use REI PRo for certain things but what is the best real estate investing software I have found by far is propstream. It allows you to combine different lead types i.e. look for vacant properties that are in pre-foreclosure or absentee owners with liens on their homes or pre-foreclosures with liens on them.
