Finding Deals Through Using Technology

I currently subscribe to the MLS in my state and I see a lot of flaws with the system as far as finding deals in the market place and keeping up with trends. I was hoping to see if anyone had any suggestions as to an alternative software that analyzes deals using market trends and statistics? Thank you.

@Dalton Osmanski You will find flaws with all information. You need to learn what is good and what is not good information. Sift through it and go from there. In my market the MLS is very helpful but limited. I look at over 100 properties a month some in person but most of my research is done online
