Investor Website Question
Hi all,
I'm working on my buyers website, and I am toying with the idea of making the property listings exclusive to investors that signed up to be on my buyers list.
My question is: should I take this approach, list all of the properties, or maybe some sort of hybrid where new listings are exclusive and then open them up to the everyone?
What are your thoughts?
