File sharing and voice transcription

Does anyone know of a simple voice to file sharing system? My wife finds properties from various sites and she wants me to call on them while I'm in driving around for my work(outside sales). We need a process where she can find properties and put the pertinent info into a simple to read format and send to my phone. From there I need to be able to use voice transcription for my notes on the property after I call them. A tickler file would also be helpful for follow up. Please let me know if you have found an easy successful process. John
