Hi. I am just starting to get familiar with Podio and was hoping someone might be able to help me set it up optimally. I am looking to use it to manage properties that I will be wholesaling, wholetailing, and flipping. I have my list of wholesale buyers in MailChimp. Any help would be much appreciated.
