Can anyone tell me the best route to go to get a simple website set up w an email address? Nothing to complicated

As someone who does this work for a living, I can assure you, you do not want to get in the weeds with this stuff.
Some investors spend way too much time getting the site up and running. Your best bet is anything that lets you get back to real-estate ASAP. Don't fall down the tech rabbit hole.
