iPad apps and uses for RE

I'm going to be picking up the new iPad next week and I'd love to hear from forum members about apps they are using or ways they are using their iPads to simplify their meetings, project management, etc.

I use the iPhone 4 and love the evernote and instapaper apps. Please share your uses of the iPad as it relates to your deals, projects, property searches and the like.
