Recommendation on CRM Tool

Hello, 

I'm looking for CRM System to comeout of Microsoft Excel nightmare. Something which is having online access and can store between 1000~5000 customer details. This is to combine my leads from multiple sources. It will be great if its having a capability to identify and remove duplicate entries(Based on owner Name or Address).
