Pin Point Profits - Worth the Hype?

11-24-18This Pin Point Profits "System" put out and promoted by Ross Hamilton  has been marketed now for almost a year...

Its been promoted with a lot of fanfare

(easily find PRE-MLS leads, no direct mail costs or cut down on your direct mail costs, all sorts of contact info readily available for the property owners, etc.).

They seem to be asking $1,000+ to BUY IN

Has ANYONE tried using it to see if it has produced results for them in the following areas:

1) Ease of use & interface- reasonable learning curve

2) Accuracy of the Data (Property owners Phone #s, Email addresses, Social Media contact info, etc.)

3) Any hidden ongoing costs? - I've heard they want you to also pay a MONTHLY ongoing fee (not readily mentioned)

4) Experience with the Quality of the Leads it may or may have not produced?

5) Cost vs Benefits?

6) Ongoing support

Would love to hear input from those who have used this "System" .....

@Michael Morrongiello I'm not sure if you're still looking for PIN reviews, but the general consensus seems to be that it's full of empty promises. I'm listening to the webinar right now and was pretty excited about it until I saw the price just to buy into the software and the fact that the entire webinar sounds like a seminar to get you to buy whole life insurance. Better Business Bureau is littered with complaints and people saying they paid for the software and it's produced nothing but garbage. There are several threads here on BP that echo that point. Seems like a lot of hype with no results.

Perhaps someday something like this will be feasible, but right now it seems like it's a cash grab that isn't going to help you find deals at all. I won't be wasting another minute looking into it.

Micheal - I was wondering if you ended up purchasing access to the Pre-MLS offered by PiN? If so, could you provide some input on the results?

Thanks for your Honest Assessment Logan... I cannot find a whole of feedback on this product. So good to know. IF others have PLUNKED down $$$ to buy it and have used it- would love to hear their thoughts....

Hey Mike not sure if you remember me we meet during the Rock Roll radio show days with Mike Yesk and Les Israel.

I think Mr. Hamilton has connected investors correct..  I have looked at their site is pretty infected with not ready for prime time FAUX lenders and others that are big time wasters.  Not sure what this pin point profits is or does.

WE are working on a very cool software program that we will roll out in the fall .. we have been using it for ourselves the last 3 years and its pretty robust its how we mine for gold.. So thought timing would be good to open it up.. especially since I know for sure it works so I have no problem putting my name on it.

I miss living in Napa but that traffic has sure gotten over the top.. not like when I was there in the 90s

UPDATE 8-18-2019Its been OVER 9 Months since my post asking IF anyone has been using the "PIN POINT PROFITS" Pre MLS

system being promoted online ? I myself made the decision to sit on the

sidelines for the time being but STILL VERY curious if any users can

share their experience with the system and all of the hype?STILL WAITING FOR ANYONE WHO CAN SHARE THEIR EXPERIENCES ???

Bill - Curious WHY did you reach that decision? Have you spoken to others or heard from others who have purchased and used the "PRE MLS" pinpoint profits system?

I attended the webinat. I certainly wanted it by the end - excellent presentation. However, I did not "buy in" as you described. I appreciate knowing it's been marketed for over a year. I think I will simply get my real estate license, gain access to the MLS, and start working with investors. Good luck.
