Best property management software

I have just under 20 doors and receive most of my rent via venmo, paypal, or directly into my account. I was considering giving Zillow rental manager a try. Ive heard some recent horror stories about payment companies going out of business and rent payments being stuck in bancruptcy court. I trust the aIllow name and am wondering if anyone uses this platform? Anyone have recommendations??

I'm also curious about this. We have 1 property and used Cozy for the background checks, it was very helpful. Would like to get some software setup for future properties. Cozy only lists to a couple sites, so thinking about something else.
