REI software that works?
I have been seeing alot of ads for REI software lately. Alot of them tauting that they can do everything from finding deals all the way through to closing them. Is anyone using any REI software that truely works. Can said software eliminate the need for wholesalers? I am still of the belief that the best way to find deals is to network and to go out and actually drive the neighborhoods and direct market to those properties that you seen with your own eyes look distressed.
