Do you need any specific software built?
So I'm still learning, but I don't want to get Analysis Paralysis while I'm trying to build up a bankroll to get started with real estate.
I'm a software developer by trade, and I know there is software like Buildium for property management. I'm just wondering if there's anything else where some custom built software would come in handy? The site already has excellent calculators from what I can see.
If anyone has a "wish list" of features they'd want to help them run their real estate business, I'd be curious to hear about it. I'm a big fan of automating as much of your work as possible.
