Tenant letters (online)

Hi folks. I’ve automated nearly every aspect of my property management except for one: sending USPS tenant letters. I’d like to understand what options there are out there for sending letters via an online portal where I can store tenants’ names and addresses, enter a form or custom letter, and have the service send it on my behalf for day-day communications. I know this is standard fare in the direct mail biz and quite a common addition to higher end PM software, but I’d like something separate.
