REI Software for Wholesalers
I've been using Real Estate Elite to organize all my buyers/sellers, agents, etc, and properties. I really like that I can customize buyers' preferences in regards to target areas, price range, and types of properties. The properties can be saved and pull information from county websites. The problem I'm having with this software is that the leadpipes seem to be quite outdated and the power matching (the feature I REALLY wanted to use) does not work properly as it matches properties to incorrect buyers (and even to some contacts that aren't even buyers). I've tried REI Automator and it doesn't have any matching feature from what I can tell.
So my question is: Is there a REI software/program that can organize my contacts list (particularly buyers) and match them to properties that I can enter in the system??? And one that has updated leadpipes?
