How to stay current in Real Estate?

Hello, I’m just getting into the Real Estate Sector and looking for good magazines or websites to stay current on upcoming topics, ideas, and policies for the Real Estate Market. I’ve heard of Inman News, Real Estate Magazine, Realty Times, and etc so far and wanted to know your thoughts.

Any help will be appreciated.

Might not be the answer you're looking for - but I think you'd genuinely be better staying off of the internet and social media and just going into your market and being in there - 24/7, day in, day out. You'll stay current by actually doing work in the real estate space and you won't need any additional magazines or websites to keep you "alert" - a lot of the stuff online is just mist and useless noise.If however, you want to consume that kind of content for personal reasons/pleasure, that's an entirely different story.I think focusing on your market and doing what needs to be done every single day, consistently, will keep you more than up-to-date with things going on in real estate. Having a close circle of successful peeps in the same space as you is also invaluable - emphasis on the "successful".Regarding legal matter and policies, that'd be best to consult with an actual professional so you can be 100% sure in the answers - it will depend on the state you're in.Hope this helps @Russell Padilla?
