Can anyone suggest what "lead" program to invest in? Connected In
I signed up for a "touring" event with Lee Arnold/ Cogo Capital. Unfortunately I had hip replacement surgery and could not go and asked for my refund. They refused and told me they would schedule me for the next event.
In the meantime I got a call from one of their guys saying I I should join their "Inner Circle" for $25,000, no payment plan, all up front.
Several days later He called again saying I could pay $10k down and the balance in 30 days. I did not buy.
Does anyone out there, other investors have knowledge or experience with this group? I also have a good friend, honest RE mentor that was owed money from this group and it took months to get it, then he still didn't get the full amount.
Advice, input, feedback would greatly be appreciated.
