Creating Business Website and email

My business partner and I have accumulated enough rental units that we need to start developing efficient systems to scale. One of the early steps is to develop a web site and business email addresses. The obvious route is GoDaddy but my knowledge in this area is limited. Looking for feedback and suggestions.

 Strongly suggest sticking to your core competencies and outsourcing web dev stuff to someone that does that for a living. 

I guarantee you that someone out there already has a template ready to go that does exactly what the 5,000 landlords that signed up before you wanted it to do, for cheaper than you think. 

If curious for an example, check out my website. And my email address. And my "apply now" and "secure upload portal" stuff on my website. And rock solid information security too so no one's docs are stolen. All that as a package deal for less than $100/mo (fleshing out more content is on my 'to do' list, but that's on me). When it's that cheap, there's no way in the world it makes sense for me to step outside of what I'm already really good at, and develop a whole new webdev skill-set. If you really do have that many rental units, I can't imagine it'll be any different for you once you explore the "outsource it to someone actually good at it who does it for a living" option.

As a landlord, the provider you use will not be the same as what I use. Maybe some others will chime in with what they use as landlords.
