Modern, GIS-based Property & List Search

Hey folks,

Connected Investors has a new tool for searching for properties using a GIS user interface and searchable functions such as: high equity, vacant, non-owner occupied, etc. This tool starts at $1500. This is more expensive than I'd anticipated...do you know of a more affordable and similar tool out there?
