What is the perfect Podio set up to start with

Hello BiggerPockets,I am starting as a wholesaler I was looking into how I can set my podio up, and so far it is seems like the first hurdle in the way.Is there any podio set up bundle for wholesalers that is ready to use ?Also is it better to set up an answering machine then call them back or take live calls ?Kind regards

If you haven't started yet, then your first hurdle is to get leads and use a spreadsheet to track your progress and try to make that first sale.  This goes for any business not just for wholesaling.

Do things that don't scale.  Podio setup, setting up your LLC, creating your logo, buying any kind of software etc are only activities getting in the way of you finding deals.  If you can't find any deals none of that other stuff matters.  When first starting out, it's easy to fall into the trap of setting up all the things, and that's the most common response to fear of failure, as well as fear of success for that matter.  What if they call me and I don't have a business name, will they think I'm legit? Don't worry about it until the problem comes up.

Figure out if you can find deals first, and if you can get over that hurdle, only then use software to improve your efficiency.  Not the other way around.

Is it better to have an answering machine or take live calls?  IMHO the only reason not to take a live call is because you don't have the time to, because you have too many calls coming in.  Do you have too many calls coming in?  When you call someone and get prompted to leave a VM how often do you actually leave a message?  Your initial leads are sparse.  If you can take the call, take it and make the sale/do the deal, and if you screw up the call, learn from it for your next call.
