How to get approved for TLO skip tracing

Question

Does anyone know of solid valid reasons you can provide TLO with to get approved for their skip tracing service? They've made it very clear that you are not allowed to use their service for calling homeowners with distressed properties. I've heard they are the best on the market and that they have pretty reasonable pricing. Please fill me in on the requirements for getting approved.

Just got off the phone with TLO and I was told that they do not open their services to real estate investors.  I was told if I could show a professional license such as a broker license I might get approved but the best option would be a Private Investigators license, otherwise, they didn't see any other path to approval for me or my company.

@Trustcia Cogdell have you called them? You can get access. They do have strict requirements. They will tell you what they are and they include an on site visit to your location. Additionally you have to be ok with not disclosing your true intentions as for the use of the information. If you are ok with that, then you can peruse their site and determine how you are going to position yourself in terms of your need for their services.
