Best platform for building a website for wholeselling?

Hi everyone, I want to build a website for my real estate investing business but I'm not sure which platform to use. Some specific things I want on the site are the ability to post self written articles, ability to post pictures of ongoing and completed projects, and a form that potential sellers can fill out if they would like more information about my services. I am also starting a renovation and landscaping company so the ability to advertise those services would be great. Can someone point me in the right direction? To clarify ,I'm tech savvy, but not website building savvy.

I agree with @Kendal James. If you are tech-savvy just go with Wordpress and install Elementor Pro page builder. You can easily customize your own website by watching a couple of videos from YouTube.
