Resources to scrape homeowner data?

Hello everyone,

I’m curious if anyone has any insights on how estated is able to aggregate homeowner data (actual names of owners) along with possible mortgage information?

I know I can fetch homeowner data from local county sites but it’s a super manual process that doesn’t scale. I can’t see how estated would be doing the same?
