Does anyone use the rentometer app?

Question

Trying to figure potential rent in my area and heard of the rentometer app. Does anyone use it? How accurate is it?

I should add I get input from Craigslist by searching as a renter. Just remember, no one tool will give you the final answer. You'll end up averaging the numbers from all your sources and weighting higher or lower for your particular property condition, finishes, yard, neighborhood, etc.

I have a subscription. One of the best tools out there. Having said that, it's not perfect, but nothing is. I use it for analyzing properties. If I'm thinking of holding, I'll cross-check with Rent Cafe, Trulia, Zillow, my broker, and others. None are perfect, but give me a reliable range and the confidence to peg my rent rate.

@Jeffrey Paye  I used the free version recently to determine rent on a property.  No one seemed to complain about the price I asked.  For me, it was hard to find comparables as my house is in an area with very low vacancies and therefore very few ads to look at.
