What is the best real estate management software and why? Have approx 20 units to track and expanding rapidly.

@Steven Tomes I wouldn't know the best software but we use Buildium and it's been great. 

Be cognizant of the shiny object syndrome - chasing the newest and best software. I think the best software is the one you stick with and use consistently. I've heard horror stories of folks switching software every few years and it never seems to pan out.
