Property Evaluation Software

While out and about evaluating properties, I make use of my smart phone or tablet to make notes, take pictures, do quick calculations, etc... In addition, I. carrying folio containing paper like the MLS listing, tax records, utility bills, etc.... Back at the office I have to wade through all these different places to create the concise deal package.

I'm wondering if anyone has used an app for this?

I would like something that allows me to create "projects" on a per property basis and has places to place all the pictures and scanned documents (picture of front, picture of back, picture of kitchen, MLS listing, etc...), can do some of baseline calculations (like the BP calculators - which are awesome!), can hold parameters like "cost of refrigerator" or "$/sf for flooring installed", etc... for estimating repairs as well as a place to take notes. It would be even cooler if it would generate the report I would then use to talk to partners and investors. Big bonus if it could then use the same app to track actuals (i.e. repairs, sales, etc...) and generate the financial reports.

Anyone know of something like this?

FYI: I'm a newbie and this is my first BP post. Please don't beat up on my naivete.
