Computer Science and Real Estate

Posted

I'm currently a Computer Science student and I'm really wanting to get into real estate. I want to find ways to apply my knowledge of programming and software to real estate to try and carve out my niche.

Here is where my question/discussion comes into play: besides a basic website, what are some real estate needs or tools that are needed or would be nice to have, relating to software or programs? Since I'm new to real estate, I don't have much knowledge of what is needed.

REI is a relationship business. It is more about connections and people skills. This coming from a recovering engineer. 😁
