Small Texas investor looking for properties
Good morning everyone. Im in the Houston Metro area and have been flipping maybe 2-3 homes a year mainly because I have so much landlord competition. They pay more for the homes. Wholesalers price for the landlord's too. For what I would need to spend the numbers don't work for me. I was thinking of myreipro or trying to find something else to help me connect directly to sellers in my area. Any thoughts?
