Has anyone used www.flipstersoftware.com

If so would you recommend it or stay away and why?

I was wondering the same thing and found this thread about Flipster on BP:

One poster said to checkout the Terms of Use cuz there is a non-dispargement clause that threatens to sue you if you say anything bad about them online, here it is:

so needless to say I won't be signing up for Flipster because I don't want to be sued!
