I'd like to hear some experiences with pay per click advertising. For example, how did it work for you? What kind of Click Through Rate were you getting? What is your average cost per lead etc…

that sounds right, I have 4 different groups of key words that I tweak and follow so I can track progress. They target different "types" of key words. For instance, probate batch, foreclosure batch and we buy houses batch.
