Anyone have experience with Drenex.com?

I got an offer for a 30-day trial for Drenex.com. It run by Fabian Calvo from The Note House. Anyone have experience with this database? A few of us are interested in PL's and NPL's and I thought this might be a good way to find some.

How about FCIExchange? I think they are a similar service.

Thanks in advance for any info on these services!
