Finding Off Market 1-4 Units

Hi Everybody!

I’m curious what services do you use to find just the tax records of all multi-family in a specific area.

I am trying to search in the MLS tax records and only want 2-4 unit multi-family as the results. I can't do this through MLS tax records service and was wondering if Propstream or another service like that would help.

Any input is great!

Daniel, in the area I'm looking in the county website has different filters that allow me to look for these properties. Not saying your area will have this, but before paying for a service, make sure you check it out just to see!
