BiggerPockets has a service available to PRO members that uses rental data called BPInsights. It is mostly just rent price data for every market in the USA that is fed into an analyzer tool. You can also dump raw data to do your own analysis. Obviously websites like Zillow are big users of data to estimate a variety of things.
