Zoning changes in Hollywood
Hi guys! What are your thoughts on all the zoning changes in Hollywood? I’m thinking about buying some small multi families like 3 to 4 units but I’m a little concerned that they change the zoning so that now there can be small high-rises and what are your thoughts about over building in the area? Thanks
