Investors in Jacksonville
I’m getting ready to close on my first home in Jacksonville, are there any other people who invest around here? I figure with the steady paychecks from marines, it isn’t a bad move.

Congrats on closing on your first house! There is a pretty good network of investors here. Once meeting in public is socially acceptable again, you will have to come to the REI meetup.
