Attorney or Inspector Recommendations?

Hi there, we are just pulling the trigger on a STR in The Hideout right by Lake Ariel. I've heard about the Pocono Promise, although am surprised at how hard it has been to get a decent referral or recommendation for an Inspector and Buyer's Attorney.

Would appreciate if anybody has any recommendations for either. We've gone through multiple that our realtor shared with us and did some outreach from what we've researched online, but can't even get a call back.

For a home inspector you can try Mike Walley. I have had clients use him several times with good results.

For my own personal real estate work I use Terrana Law out of Kingston. It is a little ways away from Lake Ariel, but I'm sure they could help.
