Investing in the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Area

Hi,

I’m new to this forum and am looking for some advice/ suggestions. I’ve been considering investing in real estate for the past year or so, working with a realtor who is a family friend. She’s been helpful, but I feel like it might be more beneficial to work with someone who typically works with investors and could help guide me through the process of purchasing my first investment property. If anyone has any suggestions or is currently investing in the Scranton PA area, I would love to hear your thoughts!

Hi Corrine, welcome to our area. I invest in Scranton as well. And am a realtor / property manager. I'm hoping to put another Scranton meet up soon. And will post the details. Come and meet some of our other owners and share ideas. Or at least come and have a drink with us ;)
