What to do next with new property
Hello everyone! I'm new to bigger pockets and I just bought a little 3br/1.5ba home in GA for 55k. And being from Miami it is unheard of. Of course we have some repairs that we are aware of but in order to get the most out of refinancing what should we upgrade and fix inside and outside the home? I don't want to dump money into something that doesn't increase value or a renter will destroy. Thank you!
