Do you secure a property without knowing when you can rehab?

For those small investors like me, I have 2 BRRRRs going on right now.  But I just came across a property that checks all of my boxes but I can't get to the rehab until my other two are done.  If this was you, would you go ahead and at least buy the property knowing that you are not going to start the rehab for a few months?  I am I just being too cautious?

Make hay while the sun shines. If it checks the boxes, you’ve factored in the holding costs, correct?
