What software solutions for end-to-end BRRRR business?

Question

Hi Guys,

I am trying to build a business around my BRRRR strategy and I am trying to figure out what software solution/solutions would cover the whole business cycle? Starting from lead generation to acquisition, rehabbing, renting and financial reporting.

I have come across the following software; some are redundant and overlap with one another such as:

Batchleads / REIPro / InvestorFuse/ FlipperForce / Quicken

Sol not sure if there is one or two software that can cover the end-to-end process of BRRRR

@Ramez Qubain the only software I use is excel.  My leads come from Wholsalers.  My property manager handles all of my properties.  Managing it all is pretty simple.  Actually finding properties is the hardest step.  That, by far, is the most challenging piece of it.  I probably get 30 properties emailed to me a day?  I make about 100 offers per year?  And I do 2-3 properties per year.  And that has made me a millionaire.  I do have a regular job, so real estate is not my full time gig...but doing those steps has changed my life.  I never thought I would be here.  I don't mean that to brag, I mean it as to reference that  software is not the piece that is important.  If you are a wholesaler and you manage hundreds of leads or multiple flips...that's different.  But that's not the BRRRR method either.  Managing the BRRRR method is more of a manual process.  Anyway, hope all of that makes sense.

@Ramez Qubain not sure if such an animal exists.  Many of the steps in the BRRRR method are very different.  Meaning, how to generate and track leads is very different than property management.  I'm not sure that you would find something that is all encompassing.  I've been doing the BRRRR method for over 15 years and never needed such a thing.
