Rehab project in Springfield ma

Can anyone help me I have purchased a brrrr property but I am stuck at the rehab part. Everytime I ask a construction company to do the rehab they tell me that that don't have the man power to take on a job like the one I have. Does anyone have any suggestions for me to take as far as the step.
