BRRRR Deals in this Market
With sellers still trying to get peak pricing and buyers reluctant to chase, what areas are you starting to find good deals to use the BRRRR method? I love the Roebuck/Huffman area but sometimes the ARVs are too low for the renovation to make sense. Any thoughts?
