Need advise buying my in-laws house
Looking for some advice my mother Inlaw has a home that she can’t afford to take care of house needs work she is willing to let me take it off her hands looking for some creative way of doing so with it not coasting me so much out of pocket I want to hold on to it as one of my first rentals
