Alienating top floor in rental rehab.
I have been looking at a few rental opportunities in Pittsburgh. One thing I noticed is that many of the houses in many Pittsburgh neighborhoods are extremely large. Does anyone have any experience of alienating the third floor by ripping it down to the studs and sealing off the stairs?
